Life has its endless waves of ups and downs. Sometimes it can feel like life is hurtling more and more towards us than we can handle. When everything is important, is anything getting the attention it deserves and requires? Do you feel pulled into several different areas at once? I do.

I've had this course in mind for some time to share some of the best tools I believe can help you improve your life. After exploring each one, you're welcome to incorporate the ones that resonate most with your life at this point in time - or at any point in time. This is a self-paced course that you can do daily or as you're able to. Allow yourself to be gentle with your pace and write what speaks to you.

I love learning and I enjoy reflecting often about my life and constantly work to improve it. It's a lifelong journey discovering what we enjoy through experimenting, reflecting, and being curious about the world.

What is the format?

This is a daily email course where you will receive an email every day with thoughtful writing exercises strategically designed to help you reflect and work through ways to improve your life. Some days will have worksheets or visuals to deepen context.

It a self-driven course that you can experience at the pace that works best for you.

What is included?

You will receive daily emails, a tracker for the experience, worksheets, and a certificate of completion.

 

 

 

What does it consist of?

It is full of ideas I have developed and have found most helpful over the course of my life and have taken my entire life to work through and discern which ones add the most value. This course is a fast-track into all of the best tips for you to benefit from. I genuinely hope it helps you out and that you enjoy the journey of deepened self discovery. :)
